No problem! Most of our clients aren’t home during service. We access the pool area, complete all services, and leave a text or email with a report detailing what was done and any issues noted.

What’s NOT included in weekly service?

Weekly service covers routine maintenance and standard chemical treatments. Additional costs may include equipment repairs, salt cell replacement, excessive chemical demands (such as algae treatment or acid wash), filter cleaning, and specialty treatments beyond normal balancing.

What happens if my pool needs repairs?

We’ll identify the issue during our inspection and contact you with an explanation and estimate before proceeding. Minor adjustments are typically handled on the spot, while larger repairs are scheduled for separate attention.

How do I cancel or pause service?

We understand life happens! Please contact us at least one week before your billing cycle. We can cancel with no long-term contract penalties.

What if I have a salt pool?
